Terms and Conditions.  Year 2023/2024

Hartfield Early Education is a vibrant and welcoming space designed for children aged 0-5 years to play, discover and develop alongside their parent, grandparent or carer.

We have taken care to ensure that the environment is child friendly, with age appropriate toys and equipment, however children remain your responsibility at all times and you should be aware of their safety and that of other children in the centre.

• Parents are asked to read/agree our health and safety guidelines which will be regularly reviewed

• Classes will continue to be small in size.

• Families currently enrolled in classes are offered the first opportunity to re-enrol.

• Any remaining places in classes are offered to people on the waiting list and then, if any spaces remain, they will be advertised through our Facebook page and can be booked on our website.

• The enrolment period is for the six week term.

• .If spaces remain in classes it may be possible to enrol for a shorter period of time. We will offer trial classes if we feel able to do so and if there are spaces in those classes.

• Children with SEND are most welcome in all classes, subject to availability.

• Prices for classes are posted on our website or on request. Discounts are offered for twins or siblings enrolled in mixed age classes

• Classes are non-transferable and the sum paid is non-refundable

• If you miss a class, and let us know before the class, we will offer you a place in another suitable class or regular play session to make up (subject to availability and class sizes)

•  In the event that we need to cancel a class we will let you know by email before the class. A make-up class will be offered in the same term, or if this is not possible a credit given for future enrolment.
